A little #FlashbackFriday going on. I have been majorly sluffing on posting up pictures from my last trip to Asia. Here's a little outfit from one day of sight seeing while I was in Shanghai. I found this awesome zebra head t-shirt from Mango while I was in Malaysia that I couldn't pass up. I paired them up with a faded pair of tribal print shorts--perfect for the humid weather.

VALENTINE'S DAY - MAKE UP ESSENTIALS

 If I were to go on a date and had somewhere nice to go for dinner on Valentine's day, these are the items I'd probably use! Haha.

With Valentine's Day just around the corner, I wanted to share some essential items I'd use to get ready for a date night. Even if you are going out with your girl friends, you can definitely use the same products though maybe going bolder on the eyes and/or lips. For me personally, I would keep things light with the make up and as natural as possible, especially with the lips. You don't want to have to worry about a bold lip smearing and or getting it all over him during your good night kiss *wink wink*.

RECIPE: CURRY QUINOA MEDLEY

I've been loving the use of curry powder in many dishes and decided to add it to a quinoa dish. I love how you can add both savory and sweeter bits to curry to emphasize the curry flavor. Today's dish features this curry quinoa dish with a mix of apples, dried cranberries (as opposed to raisins) and raw almonds.

I have always wanted to try these Lime Crime Velvetines but I was never sure which colors I wanted to try. Then when I would try to order them, they would always be sold out! Another month flying by means another Nature Box review to come! This month I wanted to try to stay away from the fruit snack type items and venture a little outside of my box.
