I was in the mood for a blue color and forgot I had this color from the Revlon Colorstay line. It reminds me of Sally Hansen's Xtreme wear in Pacfic Blue, but a little darker.
I used 1 coat of the Revlon Colorstay Base Coat before applying the actual colored polish. It was pretty thick (probably because I've had it for about a year) and so I only needed one coat. It actually wasn't too hard to get a smooth finish either. Then I topped it with 1 layer of the Revlon Colorstay top coat.
For those of you that like the pacific blue color from Sally Hansen but not the way it looks on your hands, you may like the look of this one better. It will still give you the bold blue color but just not as bright. I highly recommend this line of nail polish (as usual) and especially this color if you are looking for a good cobalt blue color. You can find it at your local drugstores or at Walmart or Target where it is cheapest at around $4.99.
