Glam Glow YouthMud Treatment: Review

With Sephora's recent VIB sale, I went ahead and picked up this GlamglowYouthmud Tinglexfoliate Treatment.. I wanted to see the hype on this product myself so I decided on the smaller size since it is a bit pricey.

Coming in a 0.5 oz size for $19, you don't get very much product inside the jar, but a little bit does go a long way.  You only need a small layer and it can basically cover your entire face or at least the parts you would really need the treatment. You do have to work with this product a little quickly though since it does dry quickly especially if you use a thinner layer. As you can see from the picture below, there are parts that already dried.

This product does tingle on your face, which I personally like because it feels like it is actually working. It lasts up until everything dries. I left the mask on for about 10 to 15 minutes and washed it off in the shower. I exfoliated my face with this when I stepped into the shower and really felt my pores getting clean from the tightening effect. It's like I could almost feel the gunk come out! (>.<) I wanted to give my skin a pamper session before I went out with my friends the next day and felt a difference right away. I would highly recommend this product for a pampering session or a treat for yourself for those special days you want a little extra in your routine. The price is a bit high for the amount of product you receive but it is worth it for what it does for your skin and you get a more than a few good uses for your face.
I found my at Sephora/Sephora.com and have also seen it on Amazon.com as well.

Have you tried this treatment before? What's your favorite face mask??

    1. I completely agree, but I find that it has quite a bit of uses if you use it only on the areas you need it most and apply a thinner layer. You still get the same results!

    1. Oh I haven't heard of that one before but after looking it up I like that it can purify and detoxify--I'll have to check it out!

  3. Nice review! I love doing a treatment before a night out. I try random Korean or Japanese beauty masks but I generally just use Queen Helen's mint julep. It's my fave. Love your blog btw. I'm following you here on gfc (I thought I already was actually) :)

    1. Korean and Japanese beauty products are one of my favorites! I really liked the brand Skin Food's rice mask and I love any of the Korean or Japanese sheet masks (mainly milky or hyaluronic ones). I've never tried the Queen Helen's one though, but it seems really affordable and a favorite to many so I'll have to try that out soon as a more every day mask !
