The hot weather we've been experiencing in Seattle for the majority of the summer has been exceptionally hot and just recently, it's been cooling down with some rain (yes)
and gloomy, overcast weather which calls for almost sweater weather. However, I'm still in the whole summer mood and these bright, fun tie-up espadrilles from Toms is the perfect pop of color for this gloomy day.
These shoes just POP against an otherwise plain outfit, especially against the concrete walls. I paired a simple white tee and boyfriend jeans and a comfy sweater together for some added warmth. These shoes are a bit different than your typical espadrilles since they come in a lace-up style, as opposed to a slip-on. I found these at Nordstrom Rack earlier this summer for a steal and it was definitely love at first sight and a definite summer statement piece.
