We're only a couple days away from the New Year and I couldn't be more excited! There are a lot of fun things happening and I especially can't wait to go on my trip to Asia for Chinese New Year!
There's also something about the holidays and this time of year in general that just makes me feel a little girlier than usual too (for me at least) and it gave me a chance to finally wear this Levi's Plaid Jacket I bought in the end of summer during the Nordstrom #NSale!

I like to dress up when I'm in the mood, but I hate being cold, so my dressing up during the winter is throwing on a pair of heels to dress up a look, haha. These ones from Nordstrom have a nice chunky heel which make it easier to walk in and a supportive ankle strap. I also love the closed toe aspect of it which help my feet stay that much warmer! For this look I threw on this Levi's Jacket I purchased over the summer and I'm obsessed with the gray colors and plaid pattern - it's just different from any other jacket I own, plus it keeps you really warm! To dress up the look a bit more, I took out my Chanel Wallet on Chain in black and added a pop of red on my lips, you know, to stay festive.
This will likely be my last post of 2016 and it's been a fun year with lots of growth and learning. There's so much more I want to do for 2017, especially for this blog and I'm excited to see where things come! I wasn't as proactive in this blog as I wanted to be so I'm hoping I can stick to a schedule and be more organized for next year (which I'll likely touch on in a future post!) and create some awesome content for you guys!
