NORDSTROM (Early Access) Anniversary Sale Picks & Wishlist

Hello everybody! It is that time of year for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! Early access for card holders started on July 9th until July 16th. You can sign up for either a debit card or credit card (I personally have the debit card and it just pulls from my checking account I linked it to) and get early access to all these wonderful items from beauty, handbags, shoes, clothes, etc.


I only picked up two things so far and  this may be all I order, since these are the items I really had my eye on. Everything else is in a 'wish list' of sorts seen later in this post.

1) Topshop Kiora Jacket in Olive: Even though it is only July and the weather has been blazin', I can't wait to get this jacket and wear it for fall! The color is deeper than your usual army/military green color and is a nice piece to have since it is much thicker and big enough to layer up. I tried this one on in stores and the fit is great, especially with the synching in the back.

2) MICHAEL Michael Kors Large Phone Crossybody in Merlot: First off, the color of this is the perfect deep wine color, again, perfect for fall. The best part is that is is big enough to fit my Samsung Galaxy S4 perfectly with the card slots and extra space for cash or anything else.

The rest of the items are my recommendations and top picks from the sale below of items I would also like to have. I picked 3 items for each category (just about) so not to overwhelm you guys. 

SHOES

B.P. 'Trott' Bootie in Burgundy: The cut of this boot is super cute and perfect with jeans or even a dress/skirt. The color is also perfect for the Fall/Autumn season and is definitely one I've been eying. These also come in a black, chocolate, and taupe leather color.

Dr. Martens ' Emmeline' Boot: The best part of these boots are the laces. My mom is actually a huge fan of these and I'm thinking about grabbing these for her (we wear the same size so it really means I can wear them too >.<) The only thing about Dr. Martens is that they are pretty stiff so you'll have to break them in really good!

Louise et Cie ' Barry' Ankle Strap Flat in Shiraz Red Suede: I'm not a huge flats person but these have a) have a little heel and b) have the cutest ankle strap and ankle back in a snake print pattern. These also come in a black suede color.

CLOTHING

ONZIE Low Rise Long Leggings in Moonswalk: I always love fun leggings when I workout and these Onzie ones are definitely eye catching and I love Onzie workout wear in general. These ones also come in a blue/lazer pattern.

Mavi Jeans 'Emma' Boyfriend Slim Jeans: Not that I need anymore boyfriend jeans (hence why these are just on the wish list), these slimmer ones look like the perfect fit and I love the worn vintage washing in the front.

Topshop Open Front Hooded Cardigan: Comfy is key and anything with a hood makes it look even more comfortable. This open hoodie, with pockets, will be perfect to lounge around the house with on a cooler day or even for a walk outside. I love that it is long enough to cover the booty so you can wear leggings underneath and not have to worry about anything you don't want accidentally showing!

BEAUTY

MAC 'Look in a Box - Pretty Natural' Lip Kit: Doesn't this seem like the perfect nude lip combo? This kit comes with a liner, a lipstick, and a gloss so you can wear them individually, in pairs, or wear all of them together. This one is a really good deal: 3 items for $29.50 when the lipstick and liner themselves cost around $16 each.

Jo Malone 'Nectarine Blossom & Honey' Collection: I actually might get this set since I have been wanting this particular scent for the longest time! This comes with a 1 oz. body wash, 1 oz. cologne, and a 1.7 oz body cremé.

Voluspa 'Maison Jardin' Two-Wick Tin Candle: Not only does this particular trio smell divine, the packaging is gorgeous and each candle has a burn time of around 60 hours. This would be a perfect gift for yourself or someone else, or you can even wrap each candle individually for 3 separate gifts! These also come in a mini size trio set as well.

WALLETS & HANDBAGS

Ted Baker 'Midnight Bloom'  - Large Washbag Cosmetic Case: Not gonna lie, I only like this for the design. I looove the look of Ted Baker items. This is a good size for travelling since you can carry most of your toiletries in it and don't have to worry about messy spills or stains. This also comes in a hot pink (As opposed to black) background.

Kate Spade New York 'north court - bow lenya' pebbled leather wristlet clutch: The definition of 'darling' is in this cute little Rose Jade colored wristlet that has few card holder placements and room for your essentials. This also comes in a black, and a cream color.

Tory Burch 'Plaque' Chain Crossbody: Red is always bold and makes a statement. This TB crossbody bag with gold hardware will have you standing out in the crowd, in a good way. A red bag is both fun and also classic, and a crossybody makes it easy to walk around in. This bag also comes in black color.

ACCESSORIES

B.P. Rope Trim Floppy Hat: A nice big floppy hat is perfect for messy hair days, a day out, or just to wear to complete an outfit. This one has a nice round top which is really flattering compared to a flatter top and is a nice staple for your closet.

MICHAEL Michael Kors Chronograph Bracelet Watch , 42mm: There's something about all black accessories, and this black watch with gold detailing is just my cup of tea. I think it look so chic yet badass and is just a fun piece to have.

Rustic Cuff Slim Personalized Cuff: Something a bit more simple is this personalized cuff. I believe this is limited to 12 letters so you can have your name, a phrase, or anything else that fits 12 letters.

And that is it for my Nordstrom picks. If you have early access to the Anniversary Sale, be sure to check your local Nordstrom online to get your favorites! Plus, it is double points during this time so it's a good time to buy. Hopefully this little compilation inspires you guys to treat yourself on some items for the fall time or even just to have now. Prices will go back up in about 2 weeks (I believe) so now is the time to take advantage of the lower prices!
