I was recently sent a couple of the TaZa Dip and Sip Stainless Steel Straws in their Slim & Straight and Extra Wide & Angled styles. I was intrigued about this product when they approached me mainly because of their mission behind their product; reducing the use of single-use plastic straws by using reusable, stainless steel straws to protect Mother Nature. I am a big proponent of recycling and composting and anything I can do to help the planet, no matter how small, I will do my best to do so!
Each package contains four (4) straws and a very convenient cleaning brush to get into the whole straw. My favorite part about these straws is that they are rustproof and lead-free. I've tried similar products like this one in the past and didn't care for them because they left a weird metal taste in my mouth; these ones don't. I like the Extra Wide Angled straws for thicker drinks such as smoothies in a mason jar and the Slim and Straight for things such as drinking from a can. They're easy to use and clean and even nice to bring with you on-the-go. My only gripe about these is that I wish they were taller or came in a taller size for drinks either in tall glass bottles or a larger sized mason jar since if the bottle is too tall for the straw, the straw will fall straight through, especially for the straight straws.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoy these products and think they would make a great addition to your kitchen or even sent as a gift. Check out TaZa's other products HERE!
